Both of them are working to bring the traditional food of Dharchula, Munsiyari, Neeti Mana, Harsil, Guthu, Ghansali and Jaunsar of Uttarakhand to the people of Dehradun. Along with his wife Deepika, Kapil prepares 47 types of traditional cuisine including Dhindka, Askali, Lemda in his restaurant. In this also Dhindka is priced at Rs 30 per plate which is very much liked. A large number of people come to eat it.
