According to the information, Nandlal, resident of village Kishni of Bisalpur police station area, married his daughter Nisha with Saurabh, son of Radheshyam, resident of Chausar Hardopatti village, on 21 April 2024. It is alleged that the husband used to beat the woman since marriage, due to which the woman was very upset.
Troubled by domestic dispute, the woman hanged herself late Tuesday evening after finding herself alone at home. At the time of the incident, the woman’s husband had gone to the fields and her father-in-law was also not at home.

When people living nearby saw the woman’s dead body hanging in the verandah inside the house, they informed the police and family about the whole matter. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and removed the woman’s dead body from the noose and sent it for postmortem. After getting information about the incident, the woman’s husband and father-in-law also reached the spot.
Bisalpur Police Station President Sanjeev Kumar Shukla said that information has been received about a woman committing suicide. The dead body has been sent to the district headquarters for postmortem after completing Panchnama in the presence of the new Tehsildar. The matter is being investigated, action will be taken on the basis of whatever complaint is received.
