A similar case has come to light from Satchaura village of the district, where a black-aged son brutally beat his retired army man father for not paying pension money. Its video is becoming very viral on social media these days. In the viral video, the aged son is seen abusing and beating his 90 year old father. He is also threatening to kill his elderly father. The military organization demanded action from CO Bageshwar in this matter. After which Kanda police registered a case against the accused and arrested him.
According to the information received from the police, retired soldier Nanda Ballabh Pandey, resident of Satchaura village of Kanda tehsil, was brutally beaten by his son Anand Ballabh Pandey under the influence of alcohol for not paying the pension money. The accused started abusing the elderly father and threatening to kill him. Some family member made a video of this entire incident and posted it on social media. After which suddenly this video went viral on social media and the military organization demanded action against the son for behaving like this with the retired soldier.
Case registered against Kalyugi son under various sections
CO City Ankit Kandari told Local 18 that cognizance has been taken of the matter. Kanda police station incharge Khushwant Singh was instructed to take action in the matter. A case has been registered under several sections against Anand Ballabh, accused of brutally beating his army father. The police have arrested him. Condemning the incident, former Captain Bhupesh Singh Dafoti said that the son brutally assaulted his 90-year-old father, which is absolutely condemnable. He has ruined the father-son relationship in the society. Such a Kaliyugi son must be punished.
