Police of Shergarh police station of Bareilly has arrested Imtyaz, son of late Mohd. Hanif, resident of village Sultanpur police station Bahedi. 35 year old Imtyaz was raping his real niece for one and a half years. He had made an obscene video of her. Kalyugi’s uncle kept making her a victim of his lust for one and a half years in the name of making the video viral.

The accused uncle had taken his 17 year old niece to Pune with him on the pretext of teaching her tailoring. Where he secretly kept making her a victim of his lust every day. The victim continued to tolerate everything because of fear. When she somehow gathered courage and told this to her aunt, she was shocked. She expressed her displeasure with her husband and said that she is of your daughter’s age. By raping your niece, you have also brought shame to the uncle-niece relationship. After getting information about the entire incident, the aunt told this to the girl’s parents. The family members of the girl have filed a case against the accused in Shergarh police station.
Accused sent to jail
Police Station Head Ashutosh Dwivedi said that a case was registered against the accused under kidnapping, rape and POCSO Act of a minor at Shergarh police station on November 28. After which the police today arrested the accused at the first culvert of village Swale Mujahidpur. He was produced in the court from where he was sent to jail.
