Almora: Girls and women have to endure a lot of pain due to menstruation that occurs every month. Sometimes they even feel irritable because of this. If you have pain during periods, then you can get rid of this pain by doing some such yoga asanas. Amitesh Singh, yoga trainer of Yoganilayam Institute in Almora district of Uttarakhand, says that girls and women remain very troubled due to pain during periods. If she does yoga asanas during or before her periods, she can get relief from this pain.
Do this asana, you will get benefits
Yoga trainer Amitesh Singh told that women and girls get period cramps during periods. They can get relief from period pain by practicing yoga. You can do these yoga asanas before periods or during periods, the first of which is Bhadrasana, which is also called butterfly. In this, the soles of both feet have to be stuck together and moved like a butterfly. The second one is Balasana, this asana has to be done in the same manner as small children sleep. Sitting on both your knees, you have to go forward towards your stomach and your hands go towards your feet.
These asanas are also beneficial
The third is Shashankasana, in this both your knees should be open. After taking both hands towards the sky, you have to take your body forward on the ground. Fourth is Markatasana, in this you can lie down on your back and both your hands should be spread at shoulder level. In this you have to take both your feet to the left and your head to the right. You will keep repeating it in this manner. The fifth is Bhujangasana, in this you have to lie down on your stomach. While inhaling, you can lift your neck up to the stomach area. You can do all these asanas for 10 to 30 seconds.
When to do these yoga asanas
Yoga trainer Amitesh Singh says that women and girls can do it anytime for period pain. With this you can get relief from the pain during your periods. Keep in mind that do not do this asana immediately after eating food. Also, if there is a lot of pain while doing any asana or the pain increases, then stop it there and do not force it.
