Discussed about other election related arrangements to ensure successful conduct of Shrivindhya Panda Samaj elections. Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Shiv Pratap Shukla, Additional Superintendent of Police Nitesh Singh, Deputy Collector Shakti Pratap Singh, President Shrivindhya Panda Samaj Pankaj Dwivedi, officials Anuj Pandey, Vibhuti Kumar Mishra, Bhanu Pathak, Gunjan Mishra Tejmani, Gautam Dwivedi were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, a detailed review was done by the District Magistrate and Panda Samaj to ensure peaceful and fair conduct of the elections. The District Magistrate said that the fee prescribed in the bylaws of Vindhya Development Authority has to be deposited by the head of each family. Those who have not deposited yet should deposit the prescribed fee before the elections. Said to make a list chief wise and make it available in the city magistrate office. So that there is no problem in issuing identity cards during elections.
During this, the projects under construction of Uttar Pradesh Vindhya Dham Teerth Development were reviewed point wise. The executing agencies were instructed to complete the work time. The District Magistrate said that special attention should be paid to the quality of construction works. If the quality is found to be poor after inspection by myself and the Tourism Department official, then strictest action will be taken against the concerned.
On this occasion, Deputy Collector Shakti Pratap Singh, Executive Officer Municipal Council Goa Lal and officials of the executing agencies were present.
