The whole matter is of village Elampur of Sirsaganj police station area. Vinod Kumar, originally a resident of village Santi, was living with his acquaintance Nathuram in Elampur for the last 3 years. Nathuram’s elder son’s brother-in-law had come to his house. On Friday night, there was an argument between Sadhu and Vinod over some issue and after that there was a fight between them.
Meanwhile, the brother-in-law picked up a brick lying nearby and hit Vinod on the head. The accused killed Vinod by hitting him with a brick. The incident created a stir in the family. He informed the police about the incident. The police reached the spot and arrested the accused on the spot while the body was sent for postmortem.
On getting information about this incident, SP Rural Akhilesh Bhadoria reached the spot and inspected the spot. SP Rural said that the murderer has been arrested. The body has been sent for postmortem. There was an altercation between the two over some issue, after which the brother-in-law killed Vinod by hitting him with a brick.
