Sadhna Devi, a resident of Karamchandrapur village, told me in the police station that at around 9:30 in the morning there was a dispute between youths in a house. During this time, a young man brought out his licensed rifle from home, loaded it and fired. The bullet hit Chandan alias Vishwa Pratap who was filling tap water 25 meters away.
