Giving priority to the solution of the problems of the common people, a complete solution day was organized in Tehsil BKT under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Surya Pal Gangwar. During this period, a total of 256 complaints were received, out of which 89 were resolved on the spot.

A total of 738 complaints were registered in the five tehsils, out of which 167 were resolved immediately.
The District Magistrate said that the objective of Samadhan Diwas is to resolve public complaints on time. He should ensure disposal of cases within a week and inform the complainants about the same.

Before Samadhan Diwas, DM inspected BKT tehsil. While taking stock of Khatauni Room, Kanungo Room, Lekhpal Room and Swan Computer Room, he asked to pay special attention to the arrangement of forms. Instructions were given to organize the files kept haphazardly in the tehsil and send a proposal to install the rack.
During the inspection, the DM himself verified the canceled inheritance cases. Tehsil workers were instructed to strictly follow all procedures. “If negligence is found, punitive action will be taken against the officials concerned,” he said.
Immediate response to public complaints in public hearing
The District Magistrate said that 12 out of 51 complaints in Tehsil Sadar, 21 out of 140 in Malihabad, 33 out of 172 in Mohanlalganj, and 12 out of 119 in Sarojini Nagar were resolved on the spot. The complaints received included issues related to police, revenue, development, education and medicine.
He directed the officers to take serious cognizance of the recurring complaints and resolve the resolvable cases on priority.
The DM said, “Satisfaction of the complainant is our priority. If any deficiency is found in the disposal, action will be taken against the concerned.”
