How to consume Giloy?
Giloy decoction: The decoction can be made using fresh branch of Giloy or Giloy powder available in the market. For this, add 1-2 spoons of Giloy powder in 1 glass of water and boil it. When half the water remains, filter it and consume it lukewarm. Drinking this decoction 1-2 times a day helps in controlling uric acid.
Giloy Juice: Giloy juice is easily available in the market. It is beneficial to drink 20-30 ml of it every morning on an empty stomach. It helps in increasing the immunity of the body as well as reducing the level of uric acid.
Giloy tablets: If it is not possible to make decoction or juice, then Giloy tablets can also be taken. Take these only on the advice of an Ayurvedic doctor.
