A massive protest was held under the banner of Sanatan Dharma Raksha Samiti in Bulandshahr on Saturday to protest against the atrocities on Hindu minorities in Bangladesh. Thousands of women and children participated in this demonstration organized at Raje Babu Park located in Kala Aam.

Slogans of “Jai Shri Ram” and “Will not tolerate atrocities on Hindus” kept echoing in the demonstration. The demonstration was led by BJP MP Dr. Bhola Singh, District Panchayat President Antul Tewatiya, MLA Laxmiraj Singh and MLA CP Singh. The protest continued till evening.
In view of the protest, Bulandshahr police remained on alert mode. To maintain smooth traffic system, entry of heavy, medium and light vehicles remained completely closed at Kala Aam intersection of the city from 8 am till the end of the protest. In the protest, Sarva Hindu Samaj expressed its strong displeasure against the massacre, torture and atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh. The protest was peaceful, but slogans of Jai Shri Ram electrified the atmosphere.
