A similar case was also seen in Shani Bazar of Haldwani, where a young man was found roaming around semi-nude after applying black paint on his body to make a video. Women started feeling discomfort due to this action of the young man. His action created a stir in the market. Police reached the spot and caught the young man and brought him to the police station.
According to the information received from the police, a young man named Ravi Gupta, resident of Durga Colony, Bareilly Road, was shooting a video while half naked, wearing black paint on his body and wearing glasses. The young man made the women feel uncomfortable with his strange behavior in Shani Bazar. Many people started gathering to see him and were laughing at his action. Suddenly the patrolling team reached there and brought the young man to Banbhulupura police station. After which a case was registered against him under public nuisance and he was arrested. Banbhulpura police station incharge Neeraj Bhakuni said that this kind of behavior is not right. This cannot be seen only from the perspective of law and full legal action will be taken in this regard.

While giving instructions to the area residents, he said that if anyone is found doing such activities in future, strict action will be taken against him.
