Akhilesh Jhan, son of Shivdayal Jhan, resident of town Jakhaura, was returning from work on Monday. Rashid, a resident of village Teta, while riding a bike at high speed, hit his bicycle from behind, due to which Akhilesh got injured. When Akhilesh protested, Rashid called his friends.
10 youths including Rashid, Rizwan, Imran alias Dabboo, Arwaaz, Taufiq, Riyaz reached the spot with sticks and attacked Akhilesh. To save his life, Akhilesh entered the house, but the accused entered the house and beat him up.
