New Delhi. The most expensive, luxury and premium MPV in Toyota’s lineup is the Vellfire, which has a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 1.20 crore. Despite such a high price, the waiting period of this car is 6 months. The company has reduced its weighting to a great extent in recent times. Earlier, customers had to wait for 12 months for the delivery of this vehicle.
Last month i.e. in November 2024, only 86 units of Vellfire were sold, which was the worst performance in the last 6 months. Its 115 units were sold in October 2024, due to which a decrease of 29 units was seen in its demand in November.
Continuous decline in 6 months
If we look at the sales figures of the last six months, 142 units of Vellfire were sold in June 2024, 113 units in July 2024, 114 units in August 2024, 87 units in September 2024, 115 units in October 2024 and 86 units in November 2024. . A total of 657 units of Vellfire were traded during these six months.
Features of Toyota Vellfire
Toyota Vellfire comes with a modern design with a sleek dashboard, ambient lighting, and a large 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Along with this, features like digital instrument cluster, ventilated and heated seats, electrically adjustable steering wheel, roof-mounted entertainment system and split glass roof have been provided.
The seats of Vellfire are equipped with reclining function, which makes it even more comfortable. Apart from this, features like 360-degree camera and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) make it great in terms of safety. More than 60 connected features are also available in the car.
Equipped with powerful hybrid engine
Toyota Vellfire has a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder petrol engine, which is equipped with a strong hybrid system. This engine generates power of 193 PS and peak torque of 240 Nm. It has an e-CVT gearbox, which makes driving very smooth and comfortable.
