Bageshwar: Government of India is running many schemes for the common people. One of these schemes is ‘Nature Test of the Country’. Which is being operated by the Ayurvedic Department in Bageshwar district. Under this scheme, the body nature of the people coming to the Arogya Mandir and Ayurvedic hospitals of the Ayurvedic department will be tested, in which they will be told the diet plan and treatment of the disease according to the body type.

At the same time, District Ayurvedic and Unani Officer in-charge, Dr. Aizal Patel told Local 18 that the nature test of the human body will be done on the basis of Vata, Pitta and Kapha nature. Where every person in the district can avail the benefits of this scheme by visiting an Ayurvedic doctor or the nearest health center. Under the scheme, all facilities for nature testing will be provided to them for free.

Know how the nature test will be done

Dr Patel said that the doctors themselves are motivating people to do this nature test. So that people can remain healthy for a long time in modern lifestyle. For this the person will have to visit a doctor in Arogya Mandir or Ayurvedic hospital.

During this, the doctor will ask 22 easy questions about the person’s body and lifestyle. To which the person will have to answer. On the basis of this the nature of the person will be determined. Which nature does a person belong to – Vata, Pitta or Kapha? This will be explored.

Know what is the objective of the scheme

After ascertaining the nature, he will be given a diet plan to eat according to the nature of the body. If the person is suffering from any disease, he will be given medicine on the basis of this report. In this process, a certificate of the nature of the body will also be given. So that at any time during treatment in Ayurvedic hospitals, he can tell the doctor the nature of his body and it can be treated easily.

Where knowing the nature of the body will make it easier for a person to take care of his body. In such a situation, it will be easier for doctors to provide them treatment. The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi had started this nationwide scheme named ‘Country Nature Test’ on the occasion of 9th Ayurveda Day. Its objective is to provide easy health facilities to the general public and keep people healthy with the help of Ayurveda.
