The victim’s family claims that the girl is a minor. The family members of the girl have claimed that she is a minor. On the basis of this claim, a case has been registered against accused Nitin Gaur under POCSO Act. Police have started verifying the documents to verify the age of the girl. The dead body of the newborn was found on 2nd December. This incident happened on 2nd December. After giving birth to the newborn, the girl, fearing the wrath of the local people, threw her into the bushes from a height of 10 feet. The newborn suffered serious injuries, and died during treatment on Tuesday. Doctors say that injury to the girl’s neck was the main cause of her death. While investigating the role of the accused, it came to light that the girl had a relationship with 20-year-old Nitin Gaur from the same village. The police had earlier detained him and interrogated him, but due to lack of complaint, he was released. Now, after the case has been registered, the police have started searching for him. Besides, DNA test will also be conducted, so that the truth can be completely exposed. Strict action will be taken against the culprits. SP South Jitendra Kumar Tomar said that action will be taken against every person responsible for the death of the newborn.
