Hearing will be held in MP-MLA court
In the year 2016, during the Samajwadi Party government, the government Aasra Colony was built by demolishing the houses of the people of Dungarpur colony. In protest against this, in 2019, 12 people lodged a complaint at Ganj Kotwali police station.
The complainants allege that at the behest of Azam Khan, the police and SP workers forcibly vacated their houses. Looted goods and demolished houses. In this case, Azam Khan has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 14 lakh in one case. The case will be heard in MP-MLA court.
