A crime meeting was held on Friday evening at the DCP South Zone office located in Kalli West, Lucknow. During this, the DCP ordered the police station officers to arrest the wanted criminals. He said- crime should be controlled by increasing night patrolling.

The meeting, which started at 3 pm, lasted for about three hours. During this, DCP Keshav Kumar reviewed the crime. Know from each police station the progress of investigation of cases registered in their police station.
Investigate matters seriously
He said- There should be no hesitation in analyzing. File the charge sheet in the court on time. The incidents which are pending should be disclosed soon. Police officers were banned to stop drug trafficking including manufacturing and selling of illegal liquor.
Immediate action should be taken in complaints related to crimes
DCP directed for prompt action in cases of complaints related to crimes against women. ACPs and police officers were also ordered to conduct foot marches in towns, main markets, intersections and villages daily and communicate with the general public to create a sense of security.
Inspectors in charge of all the police stations including ACP Mohanlalganj Rajneesh Verma, ACP Gosaiganj Kiran Yadav were present in the meeting.
