Australian nutrition consultant Teagan defied conventional loss techniques by losing an astounding 19 kg without going to the gym or using crash diets. Through her Instagram account, she shares her journey and attributes her success to five enduring habits that anyone may follow.

- Calorie Deficit: Teagan started by keeping a food journal and consuming 500 fewer calories than she needed each day. She made sure her diet was sustainable and healthful by maintaining equilibrium.
- Step It Up: Teagan progressively raised her daily step target from 5,000 to over 10,000 steps. She was able to keep active and burn calories thanks to this little change.
