Demand for immediate ban on burning of garbage

Greater Lucknow Jankalyan Mahasamiti has demanded the Municipal Corporation to stop burning of bonfires in different parts of the city and has appealed to immediately stop burning of garbage.

Social organizations have demanded that the Municipal Corporation should soon take concrete steps and make proper arrangements for bonfires during the winter season so that pollution and health problems can be prevented.
