Golgappa vendor Vikas has come here from Uttar Pradesh and is setting up his stall. He has been setting up his Golgappa stall here for the last two years. Vikas told Local 18 that he has studied till class 10th and is a resident of Jhansi. Before starting the business of Panipuri, he worked in a company in Surat city of Gujarat. This was the means to earn a living. Meanwhile, this thought came to my mind that since this is not earning good money then something different should be done. It was during this time that I decided to do Golgappa business. Now we are earning good income.
Two thousand pieces of golgappa are sold daily
Vikas told that every day at 12 noon a Golgappa stall is set up on the roadside. All the goods are finished by 6 pm. Meanwhile, more than 2000 pieces of Golgappa are prepared. From this one earns 30 to 40 thousand rupees every month. Here he takes a house on rent and lives with his brother. He also cooperates in this work. The process of making Golgappa starts in the morning. People are fed two types of Golgappa, which include Dahi Puri and Pani Puri. People come here from far and wide including Jehanabad, Ghosi to enjoy this Panipuri. Life is being lived better than before.
