This tea is served in special glasses instead of ceramic utensils. It is made by adding milk to black tea, cardamom powder, grated ginger and sugar. Cutting tea comes in a single order that you can share with friends. This is sometimes called a ‘one-by-two’ order. Cutting tea has a distinct aroma of spices.
Material
Tea powder – 2 teaspoons
assam tea
Sugar-2 tbsp
Full cream milk-¾
Water-2 cups
Cardamom-3
Ginger (grated)
How to make tea?
Pour one cup of water in a pan.
Grind three cardamom seeds and mix them in water.
Grate one inch of ginger and put it in water in a saucepan.
Add 2 spoons of tea powder or add as per your taste.
Add sugar in it and boil on medium flame for 5 minutes.
If you want it stronger then boil more.
Now add ¾ cup milk in it and boil it again for 2 minutes and keep stirring continuously.
Now filter the tea, leave the remaining tea in the filter and pour it into small glasses.
