Method of making dates laddu
To make date laddu, first wash the dates. Leave the water to dry. When the water from the dates drains out, grind it coarsely in a mixer. Also grind cashews, almonds and other dry fruits coarsely. Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. Fry the ground dates in it on low flame for one to two minutes. After roasting, keep it to cool. Now add ground dry fruits to it and mix.
