When people who went for a walk in the fields in the morning saw the dead body, the police was informed. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and started investigating the case.

Here, on the night of Monday-Tuesday, a farmer sleeping on a tubewell in Siwan village was attacked with a heavy object and murdered by unknown miscreants. Other people of the village informed this to the relatives of the deceased.
As soon as the police received the information, they reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem. Additional Superintendent of Police Mahesh Singh Atri reached the spot and took stock of the incident. Along with this, two teams have been formed to arrest the accused who caused the incident.
Additional Superintendent of Police Mahesh Singh Atri said that Ramsharich Rajbhar (55), resident of Kandhli village of Ghosi Kotwali area, after having dinner at eight o’clock on Monday night, went to sleep on the tubewell located in Siwan of the village like every day. When he did not come home till late on Tuesday morning the next day, his family members went to wake him up. When he did not speak on being woken up, he removed the bed and found that his head was crushed and he had died.
After this the family members informed the Ghosi Kotwali police. On which Ghosi Kotwali police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post mortem. Deceased’s elder son Ratnesh, Ratnesh’s wife, deceased’s daughter Sapna and Sanjana were at home. Those who are in bad condition while crying. While younger son Roshan lives and works in Mumbai. Ratnesh is only married. All the remaining are unmarried. Whereas the wife of the deceased had died four years ago.
