4-5 whole red chillies
1 large onion (chopped)
6-8 garlic cloves

– Add whole red chilli and garlic cloves in it.
– Fry on low flame until the chillies turn slightly black and the garlic turns golden brown.
– Add chopped onions to the same oil and fry until it turns light brown.
– Let the roasted chillies, garlic and onions cool.
Then except onion, grind chilli and garlic coarsely in a mortar or mixer.
– Now peel the boiled potatoes and take them out in a vessel to cool.
