Ingredients to make Jhunka
Onion
Tomato
Green chilly
Coriander
red chilli
Turmeric
coriander powder
Cumin
Rye
Oil

Recipe for making zhunka
-First of all, take some oil and lightly fry fenugreek seeds in it.
-Then grind these grains coarsely in the mixer. Keep in mind that do not grind them too finely, otherwise the pulp will not form properly.
-Now pour oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard, onion and green chilli in it. Fry them until they turn light red.
-After this add red chili powder, turmeric, salt and coriander powder. Cook the spices well.
-Then add tomato, cook it completely and grind it.
-Now add coarsely ground toor mixture into it and mix well.
-If the mixture seems too dry, add some water, cover it and let it cook for some time.
-Finally prepare it by adding coriander to it.
Taste and method of serving Jhunka
This Jhunka tastes delicious with rice, roti and raw onion. You can also make it with raw grains, due to which its taste will be different and special.
