Another case of police negligence has come to light in Tulsipur police station area of Balrampur district. One victim made rounds of the police station and higher officials for about four months, but his case was not registered. Ultimately, when he was not heard, he approached the court.

On the orders of the court, Tulsipur police station has registered a case against seven people. It is alleged that these people entered the house and beat the victim, broke his car and looted the silver chain. Police have now started action on the orders of the court.
This incident took place in Majra Rampur Bhari village of Sekhuinia Kala in Balrampur district, where on August 4, 2024, after a dispute between children, the opposition entered the victim’s house and beat him up. They broke the victim’s car and also looted a silver chain. The victim filed a complaint, but the police did not take any action, due to which he got tired and went to the court.
Repeated complaints of the victim were ignored The victim Mohammed Saddam Hussain repeatedly complained to the police station and higher authorities, but his case was not registered. When there was no hearing from the administration, he raised the matter in the court, after which the court gave strict instructions to the police and a case was registered.
Investigation continues, process of action against the accused started Inspector Ashok Singh, in-charge of Tulsipur police station, said that on the orders of the court, a case has been registered against seven people. The investigation of this case has been handed over to Senior Sub Inspector Shravan Chandra Singh and investigation is going on.
