Janhvi Kapoor has always served her A-game when it comes to festive dressing. Be it Diwali, Holi, or any other festival, she is always dressed to the T and impressing the fashion police. As Christmas comes to a close and the New Year spirit kicks in, she has done it yet again. She ditched the blingy gowns and made a chic statement in a velvet maroon gown.
Taking to her Instagram, Janhvi Kapoor shared a series of pictures where she flaunted her new look. She wrote, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year.” The first picture showed the actor looking intensely into the camera. Along with her outfit pictures, she also posted pictures of her dog and her casual Christmas fit.

For her glam look, Janhvi opted for a stunning corset gown from Surya Sarkar. The floor-length gown came with a mermaid style fit which hugged her curves in all the right places. The maroon gown came with a fitted corset bodice and a scoop neckline. While the bottom of the dress flared from below her knees and gave her the most flattering silhouette.
While the dress was stunning and did not require much additions, she elevated the look and went with semi-precious jewels. She opted for a stunning statement diamond neckpiece which was decked with blue stones. She also opted for matching diamond statement earrings which gave her overall look a royal flair. For the makeup, she kept it minimal. She went with a dewy base and opted just for a generous dose of blush for that youthful flush of colour. She topped her look with glossy nude lips. She styled her hair in loose waves and let her elegant dress do most of the talking.
