3 tbsp black pepper
½ tsp Shah Jeera (Caraway Seeds)
6 large cardamoms
12 small cardamoms
1 tablespoon cloves
4 tbsp coriander seeds
3 tbsp cumin
1 piece nutmeg
1 mace
1 Star Anise
